The Face Behind AZURATE
I’m Christiane Beinroth, native German, and have worked internationally over the last 25 years, mostly in the U.S. My expertise is in the field of (constant) change and transitions as well as learning, covering all age groups and various entities.
Around 2015 I started a career move to better apply my soft skills and my experience with cultures and change. I earned a master’s degree (M.A.) in Business Coaching & Change Management with a focus on Cultural Intelligence and Digital Transformation.
In January 2020 I officially started AZURATE to provide online consulting regarding change, culture, relations, soft skills, and learning issues. I eventually specialized in the area of international work and life including repeated change situations and transitions, employee happiness. I focus on it full-time.
Through the past 25 years I have lived a life of constant change and transitions, partially thanks to voluntary decisions to embrace new challenges, opportunities, places, and partially involuntarily due to life happening with unexpected changes and losses.
I’m a curious person and have interests in a lot of areas of consulting. But it increasingly made sense to utilize the area that I’m an expert in (extensive life experiences + master's degree) to have a greatest possible impact and use my passion.
While my focus on businesses is still a young endeavor, I am confident in my offers and expertise resulting from other areas of work, and I’m looking to prove myself to your satisfaction.
I am a member of the EASC (European Association of Supervision and Coaching), of the ATD (Association of Talent Development, USA).
I’m bilingual and currently resides in Freiburg, Germany.
While I don’t limit my services as to location, my focus is on the areas of Freiburg, Frankfurt (GER); Basel, Zurich (CH); Washington D.C., (USA).
The Name AZURATE
By now you might be wondering about my brand name AZURATE. I chose it on purpose. AZURATE is a word creation from “azure” and the word ending “-ate”. The blue color azure represents the ocean as well as a flow, while “-ate” carries the sense of “bringing it about”. AZURATE - Creating or bringing (back) a flow. Be free and thrive.
